CCO Views into 2025

Page set out to understand the latest stakeholder risks and opportunities to help our members orient themselves in a chaotic landscape and be the strategic leaders their organizations need. We fielded a survey of our member CCOs between December 18, 2024 and January 15, 2025, garnering 40 responses from across North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East and compiled the top business risks, opportunities and words of advice into this actionable and insightful presentation.

Page also partnered with the Harris Poll to publish research on the broader communications landscape with the Page-Harris Poll Confidence in Business Index. This complements these CCO-only insights to reveal a more complete picture of the landscape in which CCOs are operating in 2025.
